Kara is the Director of Operations at Concept Dental, where she began working in 2019. Kara has two daughters and her hobby is being a great mom. Her favourite movie is Jaws, and her favourite activity is getting a massage. Kara is actively involved in the community and is currently President of the Red Deer Synchronized Swim Club board. What Kara enjoys best about her role with Concept Dental is working with patients to help them achieve their dental goals. Stacy is an Administrative Assistant at Concept Dental. She graduated in 2007 from Medix College in Brantford, Ontario. Stacy is a new member of the team, having started at the office in February of 2021. Stacy is married (to her wonderful husband), and together, they have two beautiful girls and a crazy, loving dog. Stacy enjoys spending time with her family and finding new adventures for them to go on. What Stacy enjoys most about her role at Concept Dental is the bond formed with patients and the opportunities she has to learn new things about dentistry.
Bambi graduated in 2005 as a Dental Assistant, then returned to hygiene school and graduated in 2019 as a Dental Hygienist. She started work at Concept Dental in March of 2020. Originally from Red Deer, Alberta Bambi is the proud owner of a curious cat and a Louisiana Catahoula Leopard Dog. Bambi loves hiking and camping and lists travelling and watching horror movies as two of her favourite pastimes. Known for her sense of humour. Bambi’s favourite quote is, “How many people have telekinetic powers? Raise my hand.” Bambi would like you to know that your tongue print, like your fingerprint, is unique to you. What she enjoys most about her role at Concept Dental is all the wonderful people she has met over the years. Bambi enjoys spending time with her patients and helping them to achieve optimal oral health.
Shannon is a registered dental assistant who graduated from SAIT in 2016 and started work with Concept Dental that same year. Originally from Kelowna, Shannon is married with one son and a dog named Dexter. Her hobbies include skiing, camping, golfing and going on family walks. Her favourite activity is spending time with her family. She also enjoys travelling, in particular, a trip she took to Australia. What Shannon enjoys most about her role with Concept Dental is helping patients overcome a fear of dental work and aiding them getting healthy. Shannon’s favourite quote is, “When life gets blurry, adjust your focus.”
